Our freehold Fraction price includes a luxury furnishing package, fully fitted kitchen with top of the range appliances, including washing machine, microwave, double fridge freezer, plasma TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system

The beauty of this system is that it is set up as a 15 year investment plan, being able to use your months or rent to cover costs and gain a profit, after 15 years the property is sold on (if all 4 shareholders agree) and the profits are split between each owner in equal shares. The estimated annual charges will depend on the size of the property you purchase. Running costs, all associated taxes, notary and registration fees are shared equally between the shareholder owners. The property will have an independent administrator, who will set up rules and regulations along with running costs, these will be detailed on the contract to be signed by each owner, you will be able to start using your property immediately and will be able to exchange contact details with your co-owners.
