The beauty of this system is that it is set up as a 15 year investment plan, being able to use your months or rent to cover costs and gain a profit, after 15 years the property is sold on (if all 4 shareholders agree) and the profits are split between each owner in equal shares. The estimated annual charges will depend on the size of the property you purchase. Running costs, all associated taxes, notary and registration fees are shared equally between the shareholder owners.
