We do not pressure sell, because you the client decide at your leisure which property suits you and your budget, Shaun will always be on hand to offer advice, but the decision is always yours. If you are selling a property Shaun will photograph and value your property personally, and will not offer your property for sale until you have checked and agreed the advert content and advertised price

Danny Daryananni ( Director )

Danny is renown throughout south Tenerife for his expertise in all legal and mortgage aspects of buying a property, for both residents and non residents purchases

Danny will take you through every step of buying your property, from opening a bank account to signing in the notary. He will be there in person every step of the way with advice and any assistance you may need.
